Regularly Scheduled Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance on a monthly or quarterly basis is available to ensure your computer and network assets are functioning at their peak and to be proactive in reducing the possibility of an impending major failure or outage. At a time that fits your schedule our technician(s) will visit your office to run diagnostics on your computers to ensure the systems are functioning effectively and where necessary conduct clean-up and tune-up tasks, including disk defragmentation, virus removal, device driver updates and standard software version updates. They will also ensure your computers office network connectivity is configured appropriately.
Diagnostics: Our technician will visit you and test the hardware and software to pinpoint trouble areas, and then provide you with all available options and costs to get you back up and running. If there are no major problems, the computer is usually repaired during diagnosis. Windows Upgrade / Installation: Perform the installation and configuration for an upgrade to a newer version of the Windows operating system.
Virus Removal: Scan and eradicate viruses, worms and spyware.
System Tune-Up: We clean and reorganize your computer’s hard drive, check and repair allocation tables, remove bugs and old software and outdated files, check hardware and clean computer components.
Wireless & Hard Wired Network Setup: Setup the connection points, configure the modem / router, setup security controls.
