12 month contract for a Senior PeopleSoft HR/BA (Jan 15 – Dec 30, 2020+)
Contract for a dedicated Human Capital Management PeopleSoft Consultant. Must have broad and deep understanding of the functional and technical capabilities of the HCM product suite and have participated in all phases of the System Implementation Life Cycles. Responsible for the delivery of project components including identifying business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, configuration, data conversion, business process flow, report development and customization design, testing, end user training, and production support. Must be proficient in all phases of functional system development including requirements definition, design, configuration, testing reporting and production support of multiple modules with a demonstrated ability at creating an effective link between business processes and system requirements.
